Air bearing:

Our advanced engineering produces industry-leading air bearings with maximized load capacity — delivering enhanced reliability, reduced wear, and longer service life for extreme drilling operations.

Sealed bearing:

Engineered for extreme drilling condition, our Titanium Pro sealed bearings feature proprietary O-ring seals — shielding against debris/contaminants while ensuring lubrication retention. Extends lifespan and prevents premature failure to maximize the performance and reliability.

Maximize bearing capacity:

To achieve maximum bearing service life, Silex DTS developed the proprietary Bearing Capacity Calculation Maximizer (BCCM). The flexibility of the software allows engineers to analyze various configurations of bearing, compare the differences, and refine bearing design to optimum.

Cutting structures:

Our system allows us to optimize cutting structure designs by using the proper selection and combination of insert shape, projection, diameter, and grade. By selective placement of insert and insert row location, we can modify clearances (dead areas) to make our cutting structures as aggressive
